At SpiritLessons.com, most accounts of Hell do not mention Mary…

This is a Protestant (?) site… though most of waht is said is not un-Catholic or anti-Catholic that i know of…

I am just wondering if any Protestants have been visited by the Virgin Mary?

In the early 1600’s Lithuania (one of the small Baltic countries) was in danger of becoming Protestant. The ruling class had gone over to Calvinism and the Catholic Church was being suppressed. One day in 1608 Our Lady appeared to a group of villagers and their Calvinist pastor. She was standing on a rock in a field and weeping bitterly. When the Calvinist pastor asked her why she was weeping, she replied that they now plowed and pastured animals where once her Son was honored. This apparition turned Lithuania back to the Church. You can read the full story at www.ourladyofsiluva.com. It’s remarkable. (And it’s the reason why I was born Catholic–my mother’s parents were from Lithuania.)
