Thank you PLAL for posting the story from Life on the Rock which I just listened to. Jennifer’s story is one which deserves to be heard. There must be more such stories of surviving the abortion holocaust and I pray each one of them will have the courage to speak out and witness.

My late sister made a lot of bad decisions and mistakes in her life but I am forever grateful she had the courage to witness to life by raising her two children, born out of wedlock, as a single mother. I still remember the afternoon she sat down at the kitchen table to tell me she had been handed a death sentence (terminal colon/liver/lung cancer at the age of 42). She was terrified with the thought of being called to stand before the judgement throne. I reminded her of what she had done right: her two daughters and of the mercy of Jesus. When she worked as a waitress, her colleagues looked to her example when they faced similar circumstances and decided to have their babies rather than to abort. Anyway, two years later my sister died a very holy and peaceful death. It took a long time but she finally accepted the forgiveness of Our Lord. Then, a short few months afterwards, I had the painful duty to remind my pregnant niece that she would dishonour the memory of her mother if she failed to respect life. Remarkably, the thought had never before occurred to her that her late mother could have aborted her; she was pretty irate and shocked with the suggestiion. Fortunately, the young man married her, and the baby was born within the octave of the first anniversary of my sister’s death. She is yet another child who escaped the culture of death.

Here’s another great story – THE SARAH SMITH STORY

prolife.com/SARAH2.html

Abortion Survivor Sarah Smith

Pictured here are Sarah Smith and her mother Betty. In 1970, Betty tried to abort Sarah in Los Angeles. At the time, Betty did not know she was pregnant with twins. One baby was aborted, but miraculously, Sarah survived. Sarah has forgiven her mother – and for five years they traveled the world speaking together about the pain and suffering caused by abortion. Below is Sarah’s story, followed by the speech she gave in Rome in 1996.

Powerful Video Offered: At the end of this article are details about how you can receive a copy of a video that tells Sarah’s amazing story.

Wow, that story about Sarah Smith is amazing. Her quote about her mother’s choice being her death sentense is the PERFECT response to the “It’s my body” song and dance. Thanks so much for posting that.

By the way, if you click to listen to the Cindy & Jennifer Speltz story you will here the song introducing the “Life on the Rock” program. You also here it at the end of the program.

The woman who sings the introduction to the “Life on the Rock” program is an outstanding singer. I just keep playing it over and over. Her voice is excellent!!

ABORTION SURVIVOR BARRED FROM SCHOOL

http://www.lifenews.com/jessen2.jpg**Dublin, Ireland (LifeNews.com) – **A woman who survived a saline abortion 28 years ago has been prevented by the largest university in Ireland from speaking there. Though her speaking engagement has been planned in advance, she will not be speaking at University College Dublin (UCD).
Jessen survived a saline abortion when she was 7 months in utero. Despite her cerebral palsy, which she has described as a gift and is a legacy of the abortion, Gianna has traveled the world with her powerful testimony.
