Have You Seen the Best PRO-LIFE HANDBOOK in the Last 30 Years?

I haven’t seen it but would like to know if the PL Answers are framed in secular terms rather than religious and moral?

Eileen T asked a good question, what is the answer? I ordered the book so I will find out, but it would be nice to give some background on how the book is written.

Elieen T – Why did you ask that question? What do you have in mind? Do you have a strong opinion one way or the other?

Also, can some one direct me to the GREATST, MOST AWESOME sidewalk pro-life brochure to hand out to women driving in for an abortion. That brochure has to be oriented to the critical situation.I asked this because I looked at all the brochures from famous and well known organizations and did not find one I liked. So I did my own.

Any suggestions from anybody?

Has anyone else read the handbook yet? I see Jill Stanek is now advertising the handbook on her website. The word must be getting out!

I have this book, and I have loaned it out several times. It gives a lot of clarity to issues on abortion. I am a pro-life organizer. my committe is required to read this book. It gives you responses to use when talking about why it’s wrong to get an abortion.I highly recommend it. I first heard about it at a pro-life training with Father Frank Pavone.
 
The On Message pro-life handbook teaches you to know your opponents strategies and how to respond to them… I love the way this book tells us that “Wer’re not trying to tell women they cannot terminate their pregnancies. All pregnancies terminate. The only thing we’re trying to insure is that they terminate with a live baby rather than a dead baby.” we must always be prepared to talk the talk and walk the walk if we are to truly do God’s work, and this book helps to prepare you. I have a poster that says “Abortion kills babies” taped to the inside of my trunk, I drive a 2004 Intrepid so it has a good size trunk. When I open it, the poster shows, and believe me it has started many conversations on abortion. Especially with young people carrying out my groceries. A seventeen year old boy told me that his son just turned 1. His girlfriend wanted to get an abortion but she changed her mind after talking to many different people, and he said now, knowing his son, he is so happy she didn’t do it. he said he tells everyone he knows not to get an abortion because they won’t know the love God sent them in their life.

I think the best is one called “What They Never Told You About The Facts of Life”. It is an excellent brochure on fetal development. I know the Pro-Life Action League would hand out this brochure on all of its “Truth Tours”. You can call them and I am sure they would give you some of them.

You can probably find this brochure cheaper if you do a search on the internet using quotes…

“What They Never Told You About the Facts of Life”.

I would do it for you but I just do not have the time right now. I gaurantee you, you probably will not find a better brochure than this for sidewalk counseling.
