I have no idea how to talk to people that hold ideas like Gene Ray, or Naiwu Osahon.

There are a lot of them. 😦

Don’t. Sometimes you just have to let the “vile continue to be vile” (Rev. 22:11). Trying to reason with them will only harden them. Just pray for them, and let God have mercy on whom He will have mercy.
 
I find I can’t talk to people like that, because they run from me too fast, screaming wordlessly, and then avoid me, skulking around the corner with scowls on their faces. It really intensifies their rage when we remain calm, rational and gentle and keep inviting them to a reasonable debate on the subject. If I let them avoid me they seem to wind down eventually. I focus on reaching the reachable.
