I’m not sure if this is the right forrum for this question, but it didn’t seem to fit anywhere really.

ONe time, I heard a show on CAL I think about a guy who has a ministry for people who are homosexual and want to change, or at least stay cellabate. I know one such person, but I can’t remember the name of the website or the group. I know there is courage, but this is something different. it’s an acronym, but I for the life of me cannot remember. anyone have any idea what I’m talking about? the guy wrote some books too. any help would be appriciated.

There was a program on “Oprah” where a Protestant Minister has a ministry in helping homosexuals to be celebate. He is of the belief that homsexuality is curable through Grace which is a perspective beyond managing the temptations through Grace.

This Minister before his conversion to Christianity was a practicing homosexual. In his case, he believes he was healed from homosexuality through his conversion and no longer has these desires. He has also married.

Check the Oprah website and search for the story.

They also have the means to contact them through the Website.

I’ve seen them on EWTN, and they seem to be very good.

there’s another one though. It’s an accronym and it ends in “–SSA” (same sex attraction) but there’s like two more letters in it and I cannot think of what it’s called. anyone know the name of that one? that’s the one I’m looking for.

You may be thinking of this guy. He has written a couple of books, and been on numerous radio shows including those hosted by Drew Mariani, Steve Wood, and Dr. James Dobson.
