Healing of my hair & hair growth

I know it’s a bit selfish but my hair has always been long like my dads side of the family. When I was around 8 or 9 yrs old, my aunt cut nearly half of my hair. Long story short, my hair hasn’t been the same since. It barely grows and I’ve tried praying, taking pills, oils, etc. I’m in my early 20s by the way.
I still have hope.
Does anyone know a prayer or novena or something?
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray.
