Does Mother Teresa and the Good Thief receive the same reward and/or status in Heaven? Will heaven be the same for all of us?

Everyone in Heaven will be filled with grace, however, we will each have a different capacity of fullness.

The good thief might be a “pint” full of grace, and Mother Teresa might be a 50-gallon drum.

The more grace you earn during your lifetime, the bigger the “container” you’ll take with you.

The best explanation I have heard is that everyone that makes it to heaven receives a mansion. Some peoples mansion will be bigger then others, depending on how you lived your life.

But no matter how big your mansion will be you will be happy with it because you are in the presence of God and the size of your mansion doesn’t mean anything to you any more.
