Help finding a document online

Hi,

I have looked and looked for this, but I have not been able to find a complete English translation.

It was an Apostolic Notification of Pope Pius XII

Dated Dec. 8, 1945

Title -Vacantis Apostolicae Sedis

It was his document for how to handle the election of the next Pontiff.

Can anyone help locate it? I’ve looked the obvious places, papalencyclicals.net, the vatican.va site, google, ewtn.
