I’m not the one in need here, but seriously urgent assistance is needed.
After the Easter Vigil, I learned that one of our fledgling Catholics is moving out of state. Her husband was transferred and so they are moving to the Carney, OK area, deep within the Bible Belt.
She is understandably upset; she loves our parish, feels at home here, and, God bless her, she has discovered Adoration! (We have a perpetual Adoration chapel). She wants to go to Mass as much as she can before she leaves, because she understands she will need the strength of the Sacraments when she moves.
So! Is there anyone who can direct her to a good, solid Catholic parish near Carney OK?
She has been to “questionable” parishes before and desperately wants to avoid them, and she is likewise aware that in the Bible Belt, she will not find a great number of Catholic Churches.
So if you can’t assist, please keep her in your prayers.
