Help finding article!

I know I probably posted it myself as I thought it was great. I am looking for an article by Mark Shea that was themed something along the lines of “advice to new Catholics.” It talked about how new Catholic converts needed to know that not everyone in there parish is going to know as much about the faith or be properly catechized and that basically, we’re all still human. I’ve been wanting to get our deacon to slip this into RCIA somewhere, but I can’t find the article now. Anyone???
