Help-How do you make a daily holy hour at home and what is it?

I’ve just been off doing my own prayers, like the rosary and divine mercy, but I didn’t know if these are considered as part of the holy hour at home?

Because aren’t vocal prayers different than this hour?

What are others doing?

Any recommendations?
