An hour from now, I’m going to an open forum on breast cancer prevention at work. I already have some abortion/breast cancer link resources from www.bcpinstitute.com.

I also thought there was an ABC connection:confused: . Can anyone help me track this down? I just found out about this event today, and I can’t really spend my morning at work tracking down the info.

Thanks. Prayers also appreciated, event is Oct 6 11:30-1 Eastern time.

the newer ABC bills are not as prone to causing breast cancer, in fact, many newer ones these days, can prevent it. if you look at studies done years ago, like back in the 70’s and 80’s…ABC was very high in estrogen levels, and that is what can be connected to breast cancer. but, as we know, there are other mitigating circumstances too…like when a woman gives birth…if she has children or not…genetics…diet…and other things. Thanks for the link!

Thanks for the help and prayers. Turns out, the facilitator (our company on-site nurse) decided to focus on cervical cancer, so I didn’t have an opportunity to bring up the abc/abortion/breast cancer link. She did point out that extended use of contraception increases a woman’s risk for cervical cancer.

She gave a somewhat balanced but still pro-vaccine overview of Gardasil, but agreed (when questioned by yours truly) that there is absolutely no cause to require this vaccine since neither HPV nor cervical cancer are contagious. She also agreed and cited other examples of drugs or vaccines that have been retracted after discovering years later some latent side effect or congenital problem.

Afterwards, I gave her my highlighted printouts about abortion, abc, and breast cancer, and asked her to share them with the other women on site. I’ll let you know if she ends up sending it out or not. She said, “I’ve never heard of this before,” and I pointed out the diagrams showing the breast lobule development during pregnancy and told her they have even identified a biological cause for the increased risk. I also told her that I understood that contraception and abortion are both controversial issues, but that regardless of someone’s personal opinion, they should be given access to information to make an educated decision about their health. So, keep praying for M. “P.” K. that she’ll be open to the research and decide to send it out.
