Help understanding "seperated bretheren"

Can you direct me to Church doctrine to help me understand how I as a Catholic view devout, sincere non-Catholic believers? I am weary of opinions and want TRUTH from God’s Church. Thank you.

Read the Catechism, part one, chapter 3, all paragraphs of Aticle 9.
