As we come across people who mislead us, whether willfully or in ignorance
Bless us with Thy grace to know fact from fiction
Bless us with the compassion to know which direction to go; that of corrector or that of comforter.

Life is confusing. Many of us out of our own reality confuse us with their thoughts, their claims to reality.
Many are confused. Ourselves included. Our intents are pure. Our intellects clear. The shade often times turns grey when they say one thing, our reason tells us another.

Bless us with Thy Profound Understandering, Love, and Justice.
We pray not to be fooled by the foolish, but we also pray to be compassionate to the confused.

Amen
 
Lord, bless us with the gifts of knowledge, wisdom and counsel. Keep us free from error and from the deceptions of the Evil One. Amen.

Come Holy Spirit of God, You have a spirit of truth and Your bring the gifts of wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, piety and reverence of the Lord.
Please help us to live and grow in Your truth and light and in the gifts given us in Confirmation. Thank You, Holy Spirit.
 
Holy God, I trust You to continue helping us. May we all place our trust in You and remember to always ask You for guidance. Amen.
