Does χωρίζω (chōrizō )appear in the Septuagint?

I am most curious about whether it appears in the first chapter of Genesis with the separation of light from darkness?

there’s a χωριζέσθω 1 Corinthians 7:15

εἰ δὲ ὁ ἄπιστος χωρίζεται, χωριζέσθω
But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart.

first time see a form of χωριζω is Lev 13:46, at least that’s what my computer says. In Gen 1:4,7,18 word for ‘divided’ is διεχώρισεν, its a tiny bit different in form but has the same χωριζ stem in the middle.

from Ge 1:4
καὶ διεχώρισεν ὁ θεὸς ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ φωτὸς
καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον τοῦ σκότους
so God divided/separated between the light
and between the darkness

So that
χωριζω means: to separate, leave, depart
διαχωρίζω means: to part, separate, go away, depart

…sounds like the same thing to me.

by the way the end of Ex 14:21 (parting of the Red sea) uses a form of σχίζω / skizō
