Please forgive me, but everytime I post my question (so far its been 4 or 5 times), i get a notice saying it exceeds my 60 seconds and has failed. Does this mean I must try posting it again?

If you will check the sticky posted in the forums you will see that the technical staff has advised that they will be working on these problems for three days and then hopefully we can all post things in a much easier fashion.
I know it’s small comfort, but it isn’t you or your computer - many are sharing your problem at present. This too shall pass, (or at least I hope so).
Questions for things like this should be posted in the Technical Support forum.
