How do I respond to my friend who thinks that religion and worshiping Christ is creepy? I put biblical quotes pictures on my facebook and he always is questioning why and I have had a hard time explaining it to him.

Patients (Both with your friend and receiving this reply)… I think you need to first ask your friend why he thinks its creepy. Then you can respond to that. The fact that he is questioning everything means that he is interested even though he might not admit it. The questioning is a good thing. If he just dismissed it without even questioning it would be a problem.

You are right there. The funniest or saddest thing is I see little problems with Christ per say. It’s amazing to hear that one really. I could understand if he said that about the God of the Old Testament though. That would be much easier to understand.

It seems that all secular society sees it as odd and creepy to be religious.

The youth of each generation like to rebel against the “establishment”. I bet that if you had Budhhist or Daoist maxims displayed on your website, your friends wouldn’t bat an eye. In fact I would wager that they would admire you for your “coolness”.
