Ok at my church they have the priest and some other people giving out the Eucharist. (Don’t know the name) Two of which where women. Also there is like altar girls or something. (I just started going to mass recently so i have no knowledge of it)
 
The alter girls are alter servers. That is allowed.

The other people giving out the Eucharist are Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. Also allowed. I hope you are enjoying going to mass
