As I’m new here, is there any advise anyone can give me for using this forum?
I know sometimes you post something on social media, and it’s like a secret no-no, everyone knows but you.
Is there any of that, or anything else I should be warned about.

Really, the only thing would be to read through the FAQ. That gives you the rules of the road in terms of expectations for behavior. In general, I think it can be summed up as: “Be charitable. Discuss ideas, not people.” If you follow that, you’ll be fine.
Speaking of “secret no-no’s” though, if you start a thread on certain topics, you might get some of the posters who have been around a while saying “Not again!” So just to a search and see if there are a bunch of threads about a particular topic.
