Hello,

I told my born again husband seems to think that History can be altered my “man” and influenced by so called “state”. I dont know if he has read the church’s history and he is not convinced by it or refuse to believe it. What can I tell him about the church’s history? Are there any good links on the web?

Yes, but I would suggest the following book

CHRIST THE KING LORD OF HISTORY,
by Anne Carroll, published by Tan Books,
This book is written as a Catholic high school text book. It is one of the most interesting book that I have ever read. It shows how God has worked through history in His Church and it has a lot of apologetically useful information

The key point I am making here is that the beauty of History is how God has manifested His benevolent protection in-spite off the sins of man. History gives glory to God.
