Isaiah 17:1

“An oracle concerning Damascus.
Behold, Damascus will cease to be a city,
and will become a heap of ruins.”

Isaiah 19:2

“And I will stir up Egyptians against Egyptians,
and they will fight, every man against his brother
and every man against his neighbor,
city against city, kingdom against kingdom”

I agree that the prophecy about Damascus is in the future (could be near future the way things have been going in Syria). But the prophecy about Egypt sounds like the civil war they just had.
