Can someone please provide an accurate list of Holy Days of Obligation in Mexico?

Is December the 28 one?? or the 30? I can’t seem to find this anywhere.

Here is a site in Spanish that has them…

salvo señalar que en nuestro país (México) las fiestas de precepto en las que tenemos obligación de asistir a Misa, además de los domingos, son sólo tres: el 1o. de enero (Santa María, Madre de Dios), 12 de diciembre (Santísima Virgen de Guadalupe) y 25 de diciembre (Natividad del Señor).

There are three, Jan. 1st (Holy Mary, Mother of God), Dec. 12 (Feast of the Virgin of Guadalupe), and Dec 25 (Christmas). So no, it doesn’t look like the 28th or the 30 is one.

As far as the Solemnities of the Epiphany and the Ascension are concerned, the Mexican Bishops Conference (CEM) translated these feasts to Sunday. I found this out when I went to Mass in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico (interestingly enough, Santo Nino Church is just steps away from the pedestrian International Bridge, so, all I had to do was park my car on the US side and walk over) on what was supposed to have been Ascension Thursday only to find out that CEM had moved it to the Sunday before Pentecost.

I don’t quite understand why August 15th and November 1st were removed, but, that’s CEM’s issue.
