What kind of prayers or home rituals are used for a home kneeler?

Like a prie-dieu?
Are you asking if there’s a certain prayer to bless a kneeler, like you might ask a priest to bless a car or a rosary?
Or are you asking if there’s a specific set of prayers that are appropriate to be prayed while kneeling on a kneeler?
It’s just a piece of furniture. It has a little shelf for a book, and the top part is sort of like a desk. So it’s to make kneeling/reading/praying more comfortable, so you can focus on what you’re doing. But you could just as easily kneel on the floor, or on a towel, or on a cushion, or whatever.
But it’s an attractive piece of furniture.

Some people have a kneeler in front of a cross, painting of Christ, statue, etc.
Some people use it whenever they pray. Remember, it used to be very common in the Americas and Europe for people to say their bed prayers kneeling in front of their bed.
When not their bedtime prayers, others will use a kneeler to say longer prayers, like the Liturgy of the Hours (if one prays that at home).

I have been using it for a few days and noticed that my prayers have become more focused!
My kneeler looks similar to the blue padded one above,
I was surprised when a catholic coworker gave it to me free.
He must of thought I needed to pray more than him!

Yes, I can definitely see how it would help with the focus. If you’re wanting to pay attention to something for a period of time, you want to be comfortable, so that you don’t have physical distractions in addition to all the mental distractions out there.
