Here is a link for all you New Yorkers to vote and become aware of the legislation that Governor Patterson wants to put into effec on eventually permitting homosexual marriages in NYS. It is urgent you voice your concerns to him regarding these issues. I feel really bad for the young who have no say who is their mother and father and the proper roles of each as a parent as well as the future generations who believe one thing as a Catholic and see the quite opposite in moral ways.

It seems that the voice of the voting public doesn’t mean much anymore, at least in California. The CA Supreme Court overturned legislation - supported by the people of California - that reserved marriage for a union between a man and a woman. Since that was overturned, record numbers of “weddings” have been conducted at City Hall in my city - San Francisco.

Unfortunately, it seems that even the majority opinion counts for very little in this “democratic” society.
