I want to become a better catholic!

I used to be a big fan of horror and things like that (I’m not a sadist tho don’t worry haha…) but I have moved from them as I am scared it is a sin to watch things; I know it won’t influence me to sin but is watching violent things like this a sin?

When I’m trying to decide wether I should watch something or not, I reflect upon this…
