Housing real estate boom again in Arizona how about where you are living?

The economy is booming now. How about where you are?

I believe sales have been about average around here. Many homes sold in my parents neighborhood of late they live 5 miles away. Here not many for sales signs out and of those for sale, the homes are older and in need of upgrading.
