St. Joseph has done more for me than anyone aside from Jesus and Mary. St. Joseph listened to me when I had literally no one to confide in, no one to trust. He has been a father to me.
As an example, when our drunken landlord unexpectedly threw us out of our horrible, rat-infested hole of a house, St. Joseph found us a house. It was a freshly-remodeled one, in a neighborhood that is quiet, with plenty of space for our children to play, that is not too far from my husband’s work, and that has a house payment cheaper than our previous rent.
And he got us approved for our housing loan, more quickly and with less difficulty than our realtor had ever seen before – AND we are foreigners in Japan, so getting approved, even though we qualified, was not a done deal.
With over a month to spare, St. Joseph got us moved out of our old, horrid rental house and into a fresh, beautiful, larger, newer one, with more space for our half dozen daughters.
And when we were kicked out, I was pregnant with #6, so added stress was not good. St. Joseph arranged everything.
That is only one instance of the many, many ways in which he has looked out for me. I love him, so very much.
