How can a Catholic vote for someone who is pro-choice?

I am very confused with this election. I cannot understand how someone can be Catholic and vote for Clinton that believes in abortion in the 8th month and not commit a mortal sin by being complicant. I also cannot understand why priest, bishops, and arch bishops or not making this an issue in their guidance to salvation as they should be. This is murder and against the commandment Thy shall not kill.
