How can a voiceless person go to Confession?

Hi
I am interested in knowing how a person with no voice box goes to comfession. A feeding tube prevents the ability to receive Holy Communion. Is that person still a practicing Catholic? There are some of us around.

Hi

The person who cannot speak may write his or her sins down and show them to the priest. Deaf people do this all the time. Not being able to receive Holy Communion because of a feeding tube does not prevent one from being a practicing Catholic for that reason.
