How can I add friends on this forum now?

Hi, I have been a member of catholic answers for a number of years and I am still getting used to the new version as I have not been on it much since it changed. My question is how can I add friends on the new version? Thanks

“Adding friends”? That sounds like something you do on Facebook, not here at CAF.
 
Sorry for my wording I can remember the old version being able to add friends? Maybe I’m wrong?
 
Yes, the old CAF allowed people to have friend lists/connections. The new CAF does not have that feature.
 
Well, honestly, “liking” posts which the old CAF didn’t have, seems more like FaceBook to me.

Hi Bartholomew,

We used to have that option on the old forum, where we could add someone to a friend’s list if we wanted to. 🙂

The friends list option isn’t available here on the new CAF platform. Welcome to the new platform. It’s nice to see you posting here! 🙂

The old version of Catholic answers, we had the option to have friend lists but it is no longer available now 😔:confused:

Therese, you sound just like me. I’ve been on almost ten years and I still can’t get the hang of this new format.

I was also wondering about the “friends” thing.
