How can I be certain my annulment will be truly null?

I have petitioned for an annulment. Certain members of my family that I named to be witnesses have refused to fill out their witness questionnaires. From what I understand, they consider themselves devout Catholics and believe I am not a worthy enough Catholic to petition for the annulment. (In other words, I must be using the Catholic Church for my own selfish purposes). They also believe that annulments, especially in America, are handed out too easily and may not be legitimate in the eyes of God. If my marriage is indeed declared null, how can I be certain it is truly null in the eyes of God?

Dear Tasha,

If a Catholic marriage tribunal declares your first marriage to be null, you cannot be expected to improve on that. If any errors were made, God will not hold you responsible. Consider the marriage null. Your anullment is none of your relatives’ affair.
