How can I best explain what our Church says about hell?

Many JW’s use our belief in the existence of hell as a negative thing about being Catholic. They say God is love and he would never want any of his children to suffer through burning flames. They believe you will simply seize to exist if you didn’t follow the rules. I have JW family and I feel it’s my obligation to defend my faith and through visible testimony show them we are not what they are taught to believe we are. How can I best explain what our Church says aboout hell? Believe it or not, that is the latest subject they are using to stump the Catholic.
