...how can I find a copy of the prayers that will be said at MASS today?

One thing that kind’ve sucks about Christmass at home is that most of the parishes cancel daily MASS for the week following Christmass Day.

It doesn’t bother me too much, because I can always go to Queen of Peace… but Queen of Peace is in polish…

so I figure, whatever, I’ll just follow along in English. I know most of the prayers by now anyway, and I found the readings and a reflection on-line so that I can read those and understand what is going on.

I just wish I could find the prayers - you know, the ones that change from day to day, like the opening and closing prayer, and the ones in the middle… I wish I could find a copy of all the prayers so that I could follow along for everything.

as it is, I’ll do my best for tonight.

but for future reference, does anyone know where such things could be found for one who cannot afford the missalette but could copy out the prayers to follow along with for one week?

I did do a search on the internet but could only come up with the Readings and Gospel, not the Opening and Closing Prayers, Prayer over the Gifts and Communion Prayers etc…I hope someone else may be able to assist you:thumbsup: …Blessings and wish I could be more helpful…Barb

most missalettes have those prayers, and the psalm response, for daily Masses, maybe your Polish church will have English missalettes stashed someplace. or you could invest in a Daily Roman Missal (should be the next book any Catholic buys if they don’t have one). I don’t have a Magnificat handy, do they have these prayers as well as the readings for each day?
