You might call your parish office and see if they have anything in place to help. Or your local St. Vincent de Paul.

Depends on where you live and who owns the mortgage on your property.
If your multi family unit is a Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae backed mortgage then no eviction can be processed.
Go to the Freddie and Fannie sites and put in your address to see if you are in one of their multi family properties.
If you are in another type of property many county and municipal governments are providing rent and utility assistance so google what’s available in your area or call 211.
