How can i Make a Good Confession any suggestion /Tips? my second questions is how often can i make a general confession?

@Annie Yes,now a days i kinda of becoming, more scrupulous,sure satan plays tricks,yea at times i forget the numbers, i say it as many times instead ,i should correct it asap,thanks for the reminder though!.I’ll do that ,going to same priest may help.
I do go to weekly confessions ,but at the same time, kinda of becomes a routine, repeating the same sins again and again ,am ashamed of myself ,almost by heart my sins, I need God"s Mercy and Grace to over come my sins especially the number, Thanks for the advice God Bless

@Annie That"s nice! .To get him in a conversation, when he’s in a good mood Like I might ask: what’s the point, if we avoid telling our worst sins; or, funny, I always heard it was the other way around and we had to confess our worst sins. Hope its works Thanks once again ,God Bless

When I went to confession weekly and the priest gave good advice, there was little time pressure. He had just arrived; later the lines became longer as people found out they could get advice for reducing their sins.

You might want to discuss your problem outside Confession with the helpful priest you know. I just told my priest I was clueless and he gave me great advice.

So see if you can make an appointment with him. Also, I think younger priests get more training in this area nowadays, so keep searching for a helpful priest if this one doesn’t work out. It is so wonderful, both spiritually and in one’s life, to see the reduction in sin.
