How can the Anglicans still be able to follow their own traditions?

My sister sent me a link to an Anglican parish that announced it will become Roman Catholic but stated it will still follow Anglican traditions. Her husband was “up in arms” about this and would like to know how this is possible.

A good deal of the Anglican liturgical patrimony is in harmony with the Catholic faith. So long as a particular custom or tradition is not at odds with Catholic doctrine or morals, the Church does not object to a convert retaining it (whether individually or as part of an ecclesial group).
