God is timeles and spaceles and His nature is that He is timeles and spaceless, so how could he create a universe with space and time. Isn’t that against His nature? Is God since creation a subject of time?

I think if God begot a universe that was temporal and spatial, then that would indeed be against His nature, since one begets whatever is according to one’s nature (dogs beget dogs, cows beget cows, etc.). But one creates things different from oneself, just as people create things all the time that aren’t a hylomorphic union as we are. So I’m not sure that objection is right.
Your second question is very interesting, however. Personally, I think God is outside of time and space (so that all time and space is an eternal present to Him) so that He is not subject to time and space, but some theologians and philosophers, like William Lane Craig, think that God became “tensed” once the universe was created.

Humans are living and our nature is living, so how could we create an object that is nonliving (such as a ball, or a house, or a computer)?
I think you might be mixing up the ideas of creation and procreation. The universe is God’s creation, not his offspring.

Everything is possible for God, even the impossible. He saw, with His eternal love for us, fit to create the universe as He did.
Some questions are better not to answer, some questions better not to ask. If we love God with our whole soul and heart, we do not need to know all. He saw that better for us. In due time we will have the answer, but that time is known only to God and Him only. Not even The Son knows, why should we need to. That is why it is so important to be faithful and ready.

Nothing God does is against his nature, he is perfect. The only thing God cannot do is to do something that is contradictory. He cannot tell, a lie for example, because he is perfect.
And obviously, to create the universe was not contradictory to his nature because he actually did it !!!
He can create a material universe because he is Almighty, there is nothing beyond his power, except to do something contradictory.
What made you think of such a thing?

Thomas Aquinas may help you with this - look up what he meant by ipsum esse, or the act of to-be itself. God is the power in and through which the universe in its totality exists.
Everything in the universe is subject to contingency (that which happened before and which brought the item or event into reality - i.e. I am contingent on my parents).
Contingency comes to a halt when you trace it all back to the point where it cannot be traced any further, whether it is the “big bang” as theorised by some, or some other point which at this time we are unaware of.
From before that point of origin of contingency God, who created all that is, was and ever shall be, stands outside of linear reality. He does not need to be in the reality to create reality.
God is not a creation within or alongside the universe. He is the reason why there is a universe at all, therefore He is not subject to the reality He creates because it is His creation. He is not a contingent force within His own creation. Time and space are contingent on God, He is not contingent on or to time and space.
