How do I baptize a three year old?

I was born and raised Catholic and went to a Catholic high school. I do not go to church but I pray. My niece wants me to baptize her son who is three years old. I live in the Midwest and she is in the South. My niece wants the baptism done in March. How do I do this?

You don’t. The ordinary minister of baptism is a priest or deacon. A layperson cannot baptize unless the unbaptized person is in immediate, actual danger of death. Your niece will have to approach a church in her area (hopefully a Catholic church, of course) if she wants her son baptized.
