You know how the superstition is that you are not supposed to shower on Good Friday?

No. You are writing this as if this is some sort of commonly known thing or common tradition. It is not. It’s not a tradition at all that I know of.

Since, we are not supposed to pay attention to superstition does that mean we SHOULD shower on Good Friday to avoid superstition?

Well that is equally superstitious.

Or is it fine if we don’t shower even if we don’t believe the superstition?

If you need to take a shower, then do so.

If you are clean and do not see a reason to shower, then don’t.

Showering or not showering should be based on cleanliness, not on whether or not it’s Good Friday.
