it is pretty complicated… we just met some long lost family members whom we are now getting to know and they are wonderful people and they just so happen to be non-catholic.
they are a very spiritual protestant Christian family and they really havent been exposed to actual Catholicism before(meaning they have at least heard of us). now im a young guy who is probably the only one in my(catholic)family who really knows the church in a deeper way (i dont want to sound prideful and i dont want to knock my famiy) i know the answers to the basic questions. Now how do i evangelize the church to them with out a scuffle (because they are really calm and laid back) also how do I do this with out scaring them away from us and damaging a young relationship? i feel that the church would actualy help us grow together so help i very appreciated
ps. i currently am taking the exposure process very slowly.
also i am afraid my family may want to shut me up and tell them something else.
