How do I explain "Hallowed be Thy name" to young children?

I am trying to explain each part of the “Our Father” to my children, ages 4 and 7, and I’m having trouble with “Hallowed be Thy name.” Can you suggest an explanation that a young child can understand? Thanks.
 
Hi,

Tell them it means “You are holy and your name is holy.” Holy means that He is the best.
