Consider doing one of the meal plans that delivers food to your home such as Jenny Craig. And then stick to it by only buying fruits and vegetables that round out the meal.
But mostly, I think you need to get your head in the game. You have to have the desire to stop overeating, and to stop making excuses for your overeating.
You might also want to try a sensible eating plan with a little motivation on the side. Try Dr. Phil’s book, many people seem to have had it work for them.
Try and get some exercise, even just walking will help.
