How do I find good Catholic colleges?

My daughter wants to go to a Catholic college that has a strong base in Catholic theology. What are some really good colleges that hold strongly to Catholic beliefs and do not have a liberal bent to them? She is especially interested in majoring in English/Writing. She would like one that has a lot of Catholic students who are serious about the Catholic faith and that is very strong academically.
