How do I go about this confession?

Can I confess to the same priest with whom I had contact? We have only two priests in our parish and I feel guilty coz a normal hug led to a kiss. Am confused how to go about it. If I confess to parish priest he’ll know it.
 
Hi,

Going to the same priest would probably be awkward. Go to another parish for Confession.
Better to stay away from the priest in question from now on–for his sake as well as yours.
