How do I join the Church?

Hi Im 16(17 in a few weeks) and wish to become Catholic. How do I start this process, will I need to be baptised?(I have been in the UMC for my entire life) Who would I contact in a Church’s structure to join?(Priest, Secretary, Deacon?). - Tucker
