How do I obtain forgiveness without confession?

Lets just say I am in a government capacity going to far away places with alot of unsavory people to deal with in unpleasant ways. I don’t have acess to a catholic priest at anywhere near the pace I will probably be commiting mortal sins. Lets factor in that this is all part of my job and I lives depend on me doing it well. Am I going to burn in hell? (I have alot of experience with the Bible and theology from being a protestant “minister”, among other things, but keep in mind I’m climbing out of the tiber soaking wet!) Thanks to all who respond.
