How do I Refute the JW claim of a "paradise earth"?

I encountered a claim asserted by Jehovah’a Witnesses recently about the end of the world. They use Matthew 5:5 to try and show that the church faithful will literally live on a paradise Earth forever. How can I refute this? What is the meaning of “earth” in this passage?
