How do I refute this article: In Defense of Sola Scriptura?

A christian blog friend of mine recently recommended I read a blog entitled In Defense of Sola Scriptura found at reclaimingthemind.org/content/Parchmentandpen/In-Defense-of-Sola-Scriptura.pdf and in face Catholic Answers is referenced in it.

I am familiar with basic apologetics when discussing Sola Scriptura but had never run into someone claiming the authority is fallible, the list of books are fallible, the interpretation is fallible, but the text is infallible. Has anyone read this blog and can anyone help me discuss it? Thanks.
