How do I return to the Church?

I was raised Catholic and at age 21 became a Jehovah’s Witness. As a part of joining that religion, I was required to write a letter asking my name be removed from the Catholic Church, removing me as a member. How do I now return to the Catholic Faith. Do I just go to confession, or is there more to it than that?
