How do prayers "stick" if using screen-names?

Using screen names, I guess is like going to confession - if so, then how does God really knows who needs what, asking to help another, etc.?

The anonymity factor is a tremendous blessing here, especially when some of us are very isolated and enmeshed in a “hot mess” of a family dynamic…

Thanks!

Cheryl

an open mind is good, but not 2 the point your brains fall out!

God knows who you are whether you use a screen name or not. No fear!

God knows every language ever used. He knows more about us than we do ourselves. God does not need footnotes from us to know what and who we are talking about out. If he can harden the hearts of kings, and feed hundreds with a few fish and some bread, he knows who we are praying for!

You don’t think God can see through your screen name? There is no anonymity from the Lord, be it in the confessional or online.

He is omniscient. 🙂

Incidentally, I don’t know what you mean by screen names being like Confession. Do you mean that Confession is anonymous? That’s not always the case.

I gave the moderators permission to release my actual name to God, should He request it. I did stipulate that the request needed to be signed by three Saints - one martyr, one Doctor of the Church, and one perpetual virgin.
